GAUGE - 1.5 groups and 1.5 rows measure approx 1 Inch using 5.00mm hook

With 6.00mm hook ch130, change to 5.00mm hook, work 3dc in 5th ch from hook, * skip 2ch, 3dc in next ch, * rpt from * to * to last 2ch, skip ch1, 1dc in last ch. Turn. (42, 3dc groups)

Pattern Row 1 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, skip 1dc, * (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in next dc, skip 2dc, * rpt from * to * to last 3dc group and ch3 to turn with, (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in the centre dc of the next 3dc group, skip 1dc, 1sc in top of ch3. Turn. (42, ch2 spaces)

Pattern Row 2 - ch3, 3dc in each ch2 space to end, 1dc in last sc. Turn.

Rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 until 39, 3dc group rows have been worked in all. Turn.

Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, ch1, skip 1dc, * 1sc in next dc, ch2, skip 2dc, * rpt from * to * to last 3dc group and ch3 to turn with, 1sc in centre dc of 3dc group, ch1, skip 1dc, 1sc in top of ch3. Turn.

Border - Change to 4.50mm hook, ch1, 2sc in base of ch1, 1sc in ch1 space, * 1sc in sc, 2sc in ch2 space, * rpt from * to * to last sc, ch1 space and sc, work 1sc in sc, 1sc in ch1 space, 3sc in last sc, working down first side of blanket work 116sc evenly in row ends to corner, 3sc in corner, 1sc in each ch along cast on edge to corner, 3sc in corner, 116sc evenly in row ends up second side of blanket to corner, 1sc in corner, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with ch1, 2sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc around all sides of blanket, working 3sc in each of the 3 corners, 1sc in base of ch1, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Next Row - ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, * ch1, skip 1sc, 1dc in next sc, * rpt from * to * around all four sides of blanket working 3dc in each of the 3 corners, 1dc in base of ch3, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with ch1, 2sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each dc and ch1 space around all four sides of blanket, working 3sc in each of the 3 corners, 1sc in base of ch1, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Next Row - ch1, * (1sc, ch3, 1sc) in base of ch1, skip 2sc, * rpt from * to * around all four sides of blanket to end sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off.

Finishing - Weave in all loose ends of yarn and trim.
