GAUGE - 7dc and 3 rows measures approx 1 Inch

Blanket is worked in continuous rounds without turning.
Using color 1 make magic circle, with 3.50mm hook ch3, 15dc in circle, (RS) pull
loose yarn to close, join with sl st to first dc on beginning of round. (15dc)
Round 2 - (Inc) ch3, 2dc in base of ch3, work 2dc in each dc to end, sl st to first
dc on beginning of round. (30dc)
Round 3 - ch5, skip 1dc, work 1dc in next dc, * ch2, skip 1dc, 1dc in next dc, *
rpt from * to * to end, ch2, skip 1dc, sl st to top of dc on beginning of round.
(15dc + 15, ch2 spaces)
Round 4 - ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, * 3dc in next ch2 space, 1dc in dc, * rpt from
* to * to last ch2 space, work 3dc in ch2 space, sl st to first dc on beginning of
round. (60dc)
Round 5 - ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, 1dc in each dc to end, sl st to first dc on beginning
of row. Fasten off.
Round 6 - Join in color 2, ch3, work pc (see abbrev) in first dc, * ch2, skip 1dc,
pc in next dc * rpt from * to * to last dc, ch2, skip last dc, sl st to top of first
pc on beginning of row. (30pc)
Round 7 - ch3, 1dc in first pc, * 2dc in next ch2 space, 1dc in pc, * rpt from *
to * to last ch2 space, work 2dc in ch2 space, sl st to first dc on beginning of
round. (90dc)
Round 8 - ch4, 1dc in first dc, * skip 1dc, (1dc, ch1, 1dc) in next dc, * rpt from
* to * to last dc, skip last dc, sl st to 3rd of ch4 on beginning of round. (45 vst)
Round 9 - sl st to first ch1 space, ch4, 1dc in same space, work 1vst (see abbrev)
in ch1 space of each vst to end, sl st to 3rd of ch4 on beginning of round.
