0.90oz of Light Worsted Weight #3 Yarn in color 2
4.00mm crochet hook, 2 small buttons
GAUGE - 4dc and 2.5 rows measures approx 1 Inch

Pants - Using color 1, ch92, sl st to first ch to form a ring. ch2, (RS) 1dc in base
of ch2, 1dc in each ch to end, sl st to top of first dc on beginning of row. Turn.
(92dc)
Next Row - ch2, 1dc in base of ch2, 1dc in each dc to end, sl st to top of first
dc on beginning of row. Turn.
Rpt last row until 16 rows have been worked or work measures approx 7 Inches from
beginning. Turn.
Divide for legs - ch2, 1dc in base of ch2, 1dc in each of next 45dc, sl st to top
of first dc on beginning of row, turn leaving 46dc un-worked
Next Row - ch2, 1dc in base of ch2, 1dc in each dc to end, sl st to first dc on beginning
of row. Fasten off. Turn. (46dc)
Next Row - Join in color 2, ch1, * (1sc, 2dc) in next dc, skip 2dc, * rpt from *
to * to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (15 Groups)
Pattern Row - ch1, (1sc, 2dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2dc, (1sc, 2dc) in next sc,
* rpt from * to * to last 2dc, skip 2dc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten
off. Turn.
Join in color 1.
Next Row - ch2, work 1dc in base of ch2, 1dc in each of next 44st, 1dc in base of
ch2, sl st to first dc. Turn. (46dc)
Starting with ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, work 1dc in each dc to end, sl st to first
dc. Fasten off.
Join in color 2.
Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each dc to end, sl st to first sc on beginning
of row. Fasten off.
Second Leg - Return to un-worked stitches at division, join color 1 to next dc, ch2,
1dc in base of ch2, continue and complete in the same way as first leg.
A small gap will form on the crotch area, which we will close in the finishing section.
Waistband - With color 1, WS of work facing, starting with ch1 and 1sc in base of
ch1, work 91 more sc evenly along cast on edge to end, sl st to first sc on beginning
of row. Turn. Fasten off. (92sc)
Bib - With RS facing, counting from back seam, skip 32sc, rejoin color 1 to next
sc, ch3, 1dc in each of next 27sc. Turn leaving 32sc
un-worked. (27dc + ch3)
2nd Row - ch3, work 1dc in each dc to end. Fasten off. Turn.
3rd Row - Join in color 2, ch1, (1sc, 2dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2dc, (1sc, 2dc)
in next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 2dc and ch3, skip 2dc, 1sc in top of ch3. Turn.
(9 groups)
4th Row - ch1, (1sc, 2dc) in base of ch3, * skip 2dc, (1sc, 2dc) in next sc, * rpt
from * to * to last 2dc and sc, skip 2dc, 1sc in sc. Fasten off. Turn.
Join in color 1.
5th Row - ch3, 1dc in each st to end. Turn. (27dc + ch3)
6th Row - Rpt last row once. Fasten off.
Join in color 2.
Rpt 3rd & 4th Rows once. Turn.
Join in color 1.
Rpt 5th & 6th Rows. Fasten off.
Edging - With RS of work facing, rejoin color 1 to first sc after back seam, ch1,
1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each of next 31sc, 15sc evenly in row ends up first
side of bib, 3sc in corner, 1sc in each of next 26dc across top of bib, 3sc in top
of ch3, work 15sc evenly in row ends down second side of bib, 1sc in each of next
32sc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn.
Working 3sc in corners, join in color 2 and work 1sc in each sc along first half
of waist band, up first side, across top and down second side of bib and along second
half of waist band, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off.
Chain Tie - Using color 2 double thickness ch140. Fasten off.
Straps x 2 - With color 1 ch3, 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1sc in next ch. Turn.
Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in next sc. Turn.
Rpt last row until 45 sc rows have been worked. Turn.
Buttonhole - ch4, 1sc in next sc. Turn.
Strap Edging - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in ch4 space, working down first side
of strap work 45sc evenly in row ends down first side of strap, 1sc in each the of
the ch2 along cast on edge, 45sc evenly in row ends up second side of strap, sl st
to first sc on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn. (94sc)
Next Row - Join in color 2, ch1, 2sc in each of first 2sc, 1sc in each of next 43sc,
2sc in each of next 4sc, 1sc in each of next 43sc, 2sc in each of last 2sc, sl st
to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off.
Finishing - Close small gap on crotch, weave in any loose ends of yarn and trim off.
Attach each strap end to the inside of the waistband approx 3.5 Inches from back
seam or either side of back seam for cross over straps, sew buttons to corners on
bib and fasten through holes on straps.
