Next Row - Working in back loop only ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in sc to end. Turn.
Rpt last row until 79 rows have been worked in all. Do not turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each row end down the side of
the collar to end. Turn. (79sc)
2nd Row - ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, skip 1sc, * 1dc in each of next 5sc, skip 2sc,
1 shell (see abbrev) in next sc, skip 2sc, * rpt from * to * to last 7sc, 1dc in

Chain Tie - With color 2 ch100. Fasten off.
Finishing - Weave in and trim off all loose ends of yarn, thread ch tie though gaps
in dc's and shells on row 28 and tie in a bow.
