GAUGE - 5dc and 3 rows measure approx 1 Inch using 3.50mm hook

Worked in one piece starting with yoke.
With 3.50mm hook and color 1 ch49, (RS) 1dc in 4th ch from hook, 1dc in each of next
5ch, (Front) 1vst (see abbrev) in next ch, 1dc in each of next 7ch, (shoulder) 1vst
in next ch, 1dc in each of next 15ch, (Back) 1vst in next ch, 1dc in each of next
7ch, (shoulder) 1vst in next ch, 1dc in each of next 7ch, (Front). Turn. (50dc, 4,
ch1 spaces + ch3)
2nd Row - (Inc Row) ch3, * 1dc in each dc to next ch1 space, 1vst in ch1 space, *
rpt from * to * to last ch1 space, 1vst in ch1 space, 1dc in each dc to ch3 to turn
with, work 1dc in top of ch3. Turn. (58dc, 4, ch1 spaces + ch3)
3rd to 8th - rpt 2nd Row. Turn. (106dc, 4, ch1 spaces + ch3)

Commence Body - Counting from where you fasten off, skip 26sc, rejoin yarn to next
sc, ch3, (1dc, ch2, 1sc) in base of ch3, * skip 3sc, (2dc, ch2, 1sc) in next sc,
* rpt from * to * (including working over join on front split) to last 3sc, skip
last 3sc, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn. (24 groups)
Pattern Row - sl st in first ch2 space, ch3, (1dc, ch2, 1sc) in same ch2 space, *
skip 2dc and sc, (2dc, ch2, 1sc) in next ch2 space, * rpt from * to * to end, sl
st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn.
Rpt Pattern Row until 16 rows have been worked. Fasten off. Turn.
Divide for Legs
First leg - Counting from where you fastened off, skip 6 groups, # ch3, (1dc, ch2,
1sc) in next ch2 space, * skip 2dc and sc, (2dc, ch2, 1sc) in next ch2 space, * rpt
from * to * over next 10 groups (Do Not sl st at the end of the row). # Turn leaving
remaining 12 groups un-worked. (12 Groups)
Rpt from # to # in pattern as set turning at the end of each row until 8 rows have
been worked from division. Fasten off. Turn.
Cuff - Join in color 2 to first sc, ch3, 1dc in each ch2 space, 2dc and sc to end,
working last dc in top of ch3. Turn. (47dc + ch3)
Next Row - ch3, * 1fpdc around next dc, 1bpdc around next dc, * rpt from * to * to
end. Turn. (see abbrev for fpdc and bpdc)
Rpt last row once. Fasten off.
Second Leg - Return to un-worked groups at division, work ch3, (1dc, ch2, 1sc) in
first ch2 space, continue second leg same as the first leg.
Sleeves x 2 - With RS facing rejoin yarn to side of sc underarm, ch1, 1sc in base
of ch1, 1sc in next ch1 space, 1sc in each of next 23dc, 1sc in ch1 space, 1sc in
side of sc on opposite side of sleeve, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to first
sc. Turn.
Next Row - ch3, (1dc, ch2, 1sc) in base of ch3, * skip 2sc, (2dc, ch2, 1sc) in next

Next Row - ch3, * 1fpdc around next dc, 1bpdc around next dc, * rpt from * to * to
end. Turn.
Rpt last row once. Fasten off.
Crotch Edging
Back - With RS facing rejoin color 1 to side of rib on first leg, ch1, 1sc in base
of ch1, work 17sc evenly in row ends up side of leg to crotch, dec 1sc over next
2dc, work 18sc evenly in row ends down 
second leg to end. Turn. (37sc)
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end. Turn. Rpt last
row three more times making 5 rows in all. Fasten off.
Front - With RS facing rejoin color 1 to side of rib on first leg, ch1, 1sc in base
of ch1, work 17sc evenly in row ends up side of leg to crotch, dec 1sc over next
2dc, work 18sc evenly in row ends down second leg to end. Turn. (37sc)
Buttonhole Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in next sc, * ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in
each of next 7sc, * rpt from * to * three times, ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in each of remaining
sc. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc and ch2 to end. Fasten
off.
Collar - With WS side facing rejoin color 2 at neck edge, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1,
1sc in each of next 2dc, * 2sc in next dc, 1sc in each of next 3dc, * rpt from *
to * to end. Turn. (57sc)
Next Row - ch3, (1dc, ch1, 1sc) in base of ch3, * skip 2sc, (2dc, ch2, 1sc) in next
sc, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn. (20 Groups)
Next Row - ch3, (1dc, ch2, 1sc) in next ch2 space, * skip 2dc and sc, (2dc, ch2,
1sc) in next ch2 space, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn.
Rpt last row three more times. Fasten off.
Front Split Edging
First Side - Rejoin color 1 to bottom of split on right hand side, ch1, 1sc in base
of ch1, work 18sc evenly in row ends up to neck edge. Turn. (19sc)
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end. Fasten off.
Second side - Rejoin color 1 to neck edge on second side of front edge, working from
neck downwards work row same as for first side. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end. Fasten off.
Finishing - Weave in and trim off loose ends of yarn, fold over 2 rows of back crotch
edge and attach buttons to correspond with buttonholes, attach a button at neck edge
and use a gap in dc's as a buttonhole or thread with ribbon and make a small bow
to fasten.
Make a ribbon bow on first row of pattern at the bottom of the front split.
