Row 2 - (Inc Row) ch3, 1dc in next dc, * 2dc in next dc, 1dc in each of next 2dc,
* rpt from * to * to end working last dc in top of ch3. Turn. (45dc +ch3)
Row 3 - ch3, 1dc in each dc to end, 1dc in top of ch3. Turn.
Row 4 - (Inc Row) ch3, 1dc in next 2dc * 2dc in next dc, 1dc in each of next 2dc
* rpt from * to * to ch3 to turn with, 1dc in top of ch3. Turn. (59dc +ch3)
Row 5 - As Row 3.
Row 6 - (Inc Row) ch3, 1dc in next dc, * 2dc in next dc, 1dc in each of next 2dc

Commence Skirt - ch5, skip 1sc, 1sc in next sc, * ch2, skip 1sc, 1dc in next sc,
ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last 2sc, ch2, skip 1sc, 1dc
in last sc. Turn. (34, ch2 spaces)
Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, * skip ch2, 5dc in next sc, skip ch2, 1sc in

Pattern Row 1 - ch5, skip 2dc, 1sc in next dc, * ch2, skip 2dc, 1dc in next sc, ch2,
skip 2dc, 1sc in next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 2dc and sc, ch2, skip last 2dc,
1dc in sc. Turn.
Pattern Row 2 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, * skip ch2, 5dc in next sc, skip ch2, 1sc
in next dc, * rpt from * to * to last (ch2, sc, ch5) skip ch2, 5dc in next sc, work
1sc in 3rd of ch5. Turn.
Rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 until five 5dc group rows have been worked or work measures
approx 7.5 inches from shoulder. Fasten off.
Sleeves x 2 - With RS facing, rejoin yarn to sc at base of armhole, (where you divided),
ch3, 1dc in each of next 18dc, 1dc in sc on opposite side of sleeve, sl st to top
of ch3 on beginning of row to make a round. Turn (19dc + ch3)
Next Row - ch3, 1dc in each dc to end, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn.
Rpt last row until 7 rows have been worked in all from yoke or underarm sleeve seam
measures approx 3 inches. Fasten off.
Front Edging - With RS facing and starting at lower edge on right hand side of coat,
work 33sc evenly in row ends up front edge to neck. Turn.
Buttonhole Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, * ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in each of next 8sc,
* rpt from * to * twice, ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in each of remaining sc. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc and ch2 space to end.
Fasten off.
With RS facing join yarn to neck edge on left hand front edge and working downwards,
work 33sc evenly in row ends to end. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1 and turning at the end of each row, work 2
rows of 1sc in each sc. Fasten off.
Collar - Skipping button/buttonhole bands, rejoin yarn on WS of neck edge, working
along cast on edge, ch3, 1dc in each of next 34ch. Turn.
Rpt Row 2 of yoke. Turn.
Shell Edge - ch1 1sc in base of ch1, * skip 1dc, 5dc in next dc, skip 1dc, 1sc in
next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 4dc and ch3 to turn with, skip 1dc, 5dc in next
dc, skip 2dc, 1sc in top of ch3. Fasten off.
Finishing - Close small gaps under arms, weave in loose ends of yarn and trim, attach
buttons to correspond with buttonholes, fold collar onto RS of yoke.
